Bring your Despres Connect email, calendar and contacts into the apps already on your iPhone.
For existing Despres Connect customers. Use the email address we set up for you. Microsoft 365, Gmail and other providers need their own setup.
1. Install on this iPhone
One setup profile adds Mail, Calendar and Contacts together. It has no password, certificates or device management, and you can remove it at any time.
If nothing happens, open this page in Safari and try again. iPhone sometimes blocks profile downloads from Home Screen apps.
Tap Allow when Safari asks to download a configuration profile.
Open Settings, tap Profile Downloaded, then Install. If you don't see it, go to Settings › General › VPN & Device Management.
iPhone will say the profile is not verified. That's normal for this profile. Check it lists only Mail, Calendar and Contacts.
Enter your Despres Connect password when iPhone asks. Calendar and Contacts may ask again.
Already have this account on your iPhone? Check your existing account first so you don't end up with duplicates.
Set up by hand instead
In Settings › Apps › Mail › Mail Accounts › Add Account › Other, choose Add Mail Account and pick IMAP. Use these settings:
Outgoing mail needs authentication. Use the same full email address and password. For Calendar and Contacts, add a CalDAV account and a CardDAV account with the server above.
2. Check your iPhone
Open Mail, Calendar and Contacts and wait for the first sync to finish. In Calendar › Calendars, select the Despres calendars. This app can't see your mail, calendars or contacts, so confirm them yourself.
