Information collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name and project message. The server also processes your IP address, a verification token and limited technical request information to protect the form from abuse and apply rate limits.
Why it is used
Information is used to answer your enquiry, assess whether a project is a suitable fit, keep the form secure, prevent repeated automated submissions, deliver your message and maintain appropriate business records. The usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, and legal obligations where they apply.
Where it goes
Cloudflare Turnstile receives the verification token and related request information to assess whether a submission is human. The enquiry handler sends the message to the configured business mailbox using the hosting mail service and keeps a private server-side record outside the public website directory. Information is not sold.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Rate-limit information is maintained on a rolling basis for security. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted as part of regular administrative review.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, human-verification checks, input validation, rate limits and private server-side storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; access is restricted to what is needed to operate and support the service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Cookies and external services
The public pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies. Security, hosting and embedded third-party services may set strictly necessary technical data. Any future analytics or marketing technology must be reflected here and, where required, presented with an appropriate consent choice before activation.

Material changes will be shown through the review date on this page. This policy describes the website enquiry route; a project proposal may include additional data-processing terms for the system being built.
