Website information
The website provides general information about automation, AI, IT systems, hosting and related services. It is not a guarantee that a particular approach will be suitable for your organisation. Platform rules, pricing and technical behaviour can change, so important decisions should be confirmed during discovery.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only when the scope, responsibilities, fees, timetable and any third-party costs are agreed in writing. If a proposal conflicts with this page, the proposal controls that engagement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, suitable access, timely decisions and lawful authority to use the data, accounts and systems included in the project. You should maintain appropriate backups and tell David about security, regulatory or operational constraints that affect the work.
Third-party services
Solutions may depend on services such as Meta/WhatsApp, Microsoft, n8n, Cloudflare, hosting providers, payment providers or AI models. Their availability, policies, approvals and pricing are outside David’s direct control. Material dependencies and customer-owned subscriptions should be identified in the proposal.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, recurring support, expenses, taxes and payment dates are set out in the applicable proposal or checkout description. A service may be paused where an agreed payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.
Changes and cancellation
Material scope changes should be agreed before they are implemented and may affect fees or timing. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of service, work already performed and third-party costs committed; the applicable proposal or checkout terms will state the specific position.
Intellectual property and access
Ownership and licence terms for custom work are defined in the proposal. Pre-existing tools, reusable methods, open-source components and third-party services remain subject to their existing rights and licences. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method, not ordinary email where avoidable.
Support and outcomes
Automation reduces predictable work but cannot remove every exception. Performance claims apply only to their stated scope and measurement period. Support hours, response targets, monitoring and ongoing improvements are included only when agreed.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any project-specific limits and insurance requirements must be agreed in the proposal. You remain responsible for business decisions, regulatory duties and reviewing high-impact automated outputs.
Law
Unless a proposal states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
