Choose and configure the tools your team needs

We review your existing accounts, tasks and budget before choosing suitable ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot options. Setup can include account configuration, access settings and guidance on what information staff should use. Features and licences are checked for your environment before any proposal.

Practise with useful examples

Sessions use agreed, non-sensitive examples from your work: drafting an enquiry reply, summarising a document or turning notes into a checklist. Your team learns how to give context, check answers and recognise when a person needs to make the decision.

You receive reusable prompts and concise guidance your staff can refer to afterwards.

Agree what AI can access

Can you help us without replacing our IT?

Yes. The starting point is your existing tools and staff. If accounts, email or devices need attention first, I also provide IT and Microsoft 365 support.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. Training starts with everyday tasks and explains how to use and review AI outputs in plain language.
